On the day of the big football game, the first thing you have to do is eat a healthy breakfast. In football there is a lot of physical activity, that is why you should where a helmet. In football, all of the things I just mentioned are important to help you read the play and get the ball. The last thing that I should mention is that a healthy cerebrum with no drugs or alcohol in my body will help me prepare for the big game.   Cade

My begins with a healthy breakfast and ends with a healthy meal. When I read I can get smarter, healthier and have fun reading. If I have a helmet, my brain is safe if I fall on accident. If you don't wear a helmet and you get hurt your brain might shut down and you will die. If you exercise your brain will get healthy and strong. When you exercise it is called physical activity and some ways are running, swimming, and biking.  Taylor
