FACTS Payment Forms
When using FACTS Payment Forms, payment is due when completing the form and will not be drafted from your FACTS account.
After a payment is processed, you will receive a receipt via email from FACTS showing payment information.
Each form is different. Please note the ending time of the form as it will be unavailable after said date/time.
